  : Check in process was took way too long. We were given room keys to an already occupied room. Hotel looked old needing lots of updates. Bathroom needed ADA modifications.

  : I booked a king suite for my wedding anniversary that I wasn't able to stay in. Also, instead of being able to stay for 2 nights and 3days. I was only allowed to stay for 1 night, due to the fact that the hotels front service desk couldn't find my (original booking) arrangements anywhere in their system. Therefore, The Amount of money spent for the one night was more expensive then the 2day/3night bundle I had booked for that weekend already . NEVER AGAIN ‼️!!

  : Dirty, run down, room was damp and smelled really bad. Work furniture and rooms. Entire hotel was rundown and should not be open. Disgusting.

  : We drove from Chicago to Cleveland, it took us 8 hours because of accidents and construction, so to say the least we were tired. When we got to RL by the Airport in Cleveland there was a line out the door. We stood in line for an hour (me with a broken foot) before we got to the front desk. We were told there was no rooms available because of housekeeping issues. We could cancel, or wait for a room to be cleaned and we would get a nice discount (as told to us by the manager). We decided it was late and we didn't want to go and book another hotel, so we told them we would stay and wait. We went out to eat dinner, and just as the dinner was served we were told a room was now available. So by now it was close to 10:30 pm. We got the room and just wanted to relax. There was no TV working, the air conditioning was very noisy, the coffee maker was missing the basket to put the coffee in (so no coffee). The love seat was filthy, the sheets looked as someone had slept on them. The housekeepers tag was on the floor "Lisa", half the shower curtain was not buttoned in, my husband pulled a towel of the rack and the rack fell on the floor. It was the room from hell. I went down and told the desk clerk (the manager was still standing there fending off more angry travelers). I was told nobody was there to fix anything until tomorrow. In the morning I went down and again stated my concerns and was told it would be fixed. We went out and didn't come back until late in the evening. I asked the desk clerk if it was fixed and was told that he could not read the other clerks writing, but he would give me another room. Pretty soon I see another guest screaming his head off that someone went into his room and stole all his sneakers. I thought a brawl was going to happen. I didn't like that the room was not clean and that they didn't give us the discount as they promised.
