  : It’s location within the resort and the northern VT location in general. Beautiful area and a restful property to return to after our outings.
  : A window was unable to close after we opened it. We didn’t know who to call. No contact information was available from Vacasa. Outside of that minor issue, everything else was great!

  : I logged a complaint about the internet - nobody called me back. The dishwasher smelled awful and did not work right. For the price I would have expected a more updated place - the interior was right out of the 1990's, and hasn't been updated since then.

  : The bed was uncomfortable and there are hidden fees that you don’t know about until you’re finishing up your reservation The extra gratuity resort charge cleaning fees etc well double the total price

  : The Jay Peak Topper has the potential to be a great property. It's a nice two-bedroom apartment reasonably close to the trails (almost ski-in ski-out if the nearby trail is open, a 5-minute walk to the tramside base otherwise).
  : The apartment suffered from an astounding number of cleaning and maintenance issues when we arrived: the main entrance key was damaged and got stuck in the lock; there was trash left in the (non-functioning) compactor, all the blankets and sheets had animal or human hair; the placemats on the dining table were dirty; one shower was missing a faucet knob and couldn't be used; three light bulbs had to be replaced; the gas fireplace wasn't working; the living room ceiling needed to be repainted. That being said, the maintenance was very responsive and always addressed our issues promptly.

  : The condo was not cleaned. We were unable to get housekeeping that evening, so I had to wash the sheets and towels and make up the beds. Housekeeping came the next day and Tika was awesome. She made up for our bad initial experience.
