Disappointing
Traveller Type: Solo Traveler
  : Double tree used to be a high end hotel brand. Small touches is like the chocolate chip cookies and truly exceptional concierge service were things that I experienced in my previous stays at Doubletree. it just seems like its gone downhill. No chocolate chip cookies. The staff is pretty mediocre. There is no sense of receiving exceptional service or being in some kind of a high end hotel. I would never stay at this hotel again. It is out-of-the-way from all the activity and the prices were ridiculously expensive. The elevator was old and rickety and there werent any food options. Certainly not food options that were flexible. I ended up relying on Uber eats the entire weekend. Thats ridiculous! The only one sad restaurant you had closed at 10 on a Friday night, which left me eating ramen, in my room , from a double tree. I dont see my most recent stay being any better than any of the comfort inns or motel sixes that Ive stayed at.

  : I stay at this hotel going to and from a vacation up in New England. It is the perfect spot for us. It is always consistently clean and well maintained.
