  : The housekeeping staff is friendly and helpful, they keep the rooms clean and will give fresh towels every day and I believe they changed linens daily also. The security staff is also very nice and respectful, they have improved their service since my last stay. The staff in the office could learn quite a few things from the other staff at the property about customer service done the right way.
  : The staff in the office is not friendly or helpful. They have bad attitudes and are rude to certain customers especially. I felt very unwelcome when checking in. They are stricter than other places I've stayed, and make you give them a lot of information that I don't normally have to share when checking in. For example, every single guest in room has to provide valid ID/DL, not just the main person who checks-in under their name, they don't accept 2 guests without both giving that. And any guest coming in must provide the same, and pay a fee. They also are inconsistent with prices they charge. They really are inconsistent with everything.

  : Some information we werent told upfront such as when we registered we got to the hotel we were told that we couldnt get the rate we were quoted until 3 hours later and that we would have to wait. We didnt want to wait because, we were tired so we paid the higher fee. I have been to other hotels were we were able to pay the fee quoted and let into our room early hours in advance. Also the bed was small for two people the heater didnt work well and it was winter weather. We just wanted to try and rest until morning and we checked out before check out time due to discomfort. My husband said we would have done better sleeping in our car.

  : I did not like the customer service front the front desk lady . I askedfor a refund because we did not end up sleeping the night due to afamily emergency. The room she gave me smelled like cigarette and I hadmy 4 children , all under the age of 5 . It was very unsanitary and wewere not comfortable at all . I've been to other motels where it wasactually nice . This one is ghetto
