  : location is excellent, loved walking a few steps to the boardwalk, service when we need amenities was great (towels, toothpaste)...parking and beach tags very convenient...
  : it was pretty expensive, we only stayed from 10pm Monday to 8am Thursday...it was a last minute decision and I thought we'd do better on the price...also it was not explained until we arrived that the pool was a block away from our room...

  : The key cards were changed twice because they didn’t work. The 2nd time we were told to keep it away from our cell. That would’ve helped to know when we checked in! The fridge wasn’t cold. The freezer was the temp the fridge should have been.

  : Very Uncomfortable bed and pillows, extremely overpriced for what you get, Wi-Fi was nonexistent and so was cell service.

  : No phone service. Host advised that they would send someone but didn't. The mattress on the pull out sofa was the worst I've ever slept on. No cushion. Felt every spring. Tossed and turned all night. Got a very bad night's sleep.

  : The proximity to the beach cannot be beat! The room was clean, comfortable, and just the right size for my family of 3 and we enjoyed being able to sit outside on the front with a view of the beach. It was close to Asbury Ave which has all of the cutest shops, and restaurants. We were fortunate to have been able to get great sandwiches and pizza at Voltaco's Italian Foods which is nearby but unfortunately it's set to close it's doors for good 10/09. We were close to the supermarket so we didn't have to eat out everyday. The rollercoaster directly across the street from the property didn't bother us a bit. We actually sat out and watched the people riding for a while which turned out to be fun. Overall it was a great stay for us!
