  : The view from the balcony was great. We spent most evening out there after putting the kids to bed. There is no privacy on the balconies so once we didnt have neighbors anymore it was better.
  : The number of very very large windows on both sides of the condo made it very hot (my fault I guess I didnt realize this was how it was set up). One bedroom was insanely hot and the other was freezing. My coffee maker was broke on arrival and I called about it and was told I would have a new one by the next morning... 2 days later I got a new coffee carafe only brought to the room? And it didnt even fit the broken coffee maker so I had to go buy coffee every morning. The service elevator situation is a nightmare.... There is 1 elevator to bring things to the room and maybe 7 carts to use (as in 3 luggage carts and 4 actual shopping carts)....and its also the beach elevator... So It took forever to get things into the place. Location wise it was nice and the condo itself was pretty nice. Cleaning was so/so. We found a open safety pin on the floor as my 7 month old was rolling around on the carpet (yikes!) And I am not sure if anything was really sweeped or mopped before we arrived.

  : The staff were very friendly, and supposedly helpful, though our complaints did not get resolved. Special thanks to George in security and Allegra in the front office for their friendliness and helpfulness. The location of the property was great, being right on the beach. We loved the two balconies and found the living room comfortable. The kitchen was NOT well equipped at all. There were only three forks and knives, and no sharp knives. We had to go out and buy sharp knives in order to cut up fruit.
  : Our complaints did not get resolved to our satisfaction. We checked out two days early because of neighbors pounding and banging on the walls and their dog barking and baby crying three nights in a row in the middle of the night from about midnight to about 4 o’clock in the morning. Our complaint about the bathtub not draining at all was never addressed. The mattresses were so uncomfortable that we could not sleep on them. We were told that we should go buy mattress toppers to make the mattresses more comfortable and that we would be reimbursed for these purchases. We have not been reimbursed and the front desk says there’s no record of that at all. The electrical outlets would not hold plugs, the plugs kept falling out because the outlets were in such bad shape. The only elevator on the ground floor up was tiny and not ventilated and not adequate for the number of guests using it. They need to put outside showers with privacy stalls so that guests can thoroughly wash the sand out of their suits and off of their bodies before entering the units.

  : It was great to be right on the beach and there was transportation right out front.
  : When we booked we thought we were getting the place we viewed online. We chose that place because we have three children and the pictures of the second bedroom showed a bunk bed and a single. That’s not what we got. We got a completely different room. The second bedroom had one queen bed. So one of our children had to sleep out on the pullout sofa in the living room which was like sleeping on a saltine cracker it was so uncomfortable. Actually ALL of the beds were like that. Terrible mattresses. Since our child was sleeping in the living room we had to be very quiet and couldn’t even enjoy the balcony at night. Everything was very outdated. The place smelled like stale cigarette smoke. The condo allows dogs so be aware there could be barking all night as we experienced. Stains all over the carpet and the couch. No one in our family ever got one full hot shower. Water turned cold quite fast and forget about taking showers at the same time let alone back to back. They had Direct TV and it was horrible. Would freeze all the time or just not work all together. I’m not saying every room in this condo complex is like this but just be aware of what you think you are getting compared to what you actually get.

  : The view
  : No bed pillows, way to expensive for what we got! Why did we have to pay $150 cleaning fee we we were told we had to dump trash, clean dishes,and strip beds. You should refund the cleaning costs to me. Let me know when that happens
