Beach Walk on the Ocean

  : Loved being right on boardwalk, sitting on porch watching the ocean! Room and bathroom were very clean.
  : Website stated that they had bikes for you to use, they don't. Coffee area was not clean and/ or well stocked. Refrigerator for our use was all the way in basement.

  : The cottage ambiance of the property and that it is located on the boardwalk.
  : Property needs updating. It is a beautiful house but just needs new paint, fixtures, etc. Outside railing and doors show rust colored paint. The carpet upstairs needs replaced. Bushes in front of the porch needs to be cut back to open the view to the ocean. Unable to locate staff. Property advertises free umbrellas, chairs, bikes, and muffins every morning. Muffins just one morning. Bikes were not available due to having flat tires per a staff member. Chairs were available but no umbrellas. The Victorian room floor was very sandy upon check-in. Asked a male staff member if it could be vacuum but did not happen. Had to use wet wash cloth to clean up the sand. Love the building but needs some tender loving care and improvement in staff availability and customer service.
