Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please inform Quiet Private House 15 min to Beach in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
A damage deposit of USD 300 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. The manager will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and house access info will be emailed to the guests.

Guests will receive a rental agreement, which must be signed and returned directly to the property prior to arrival. If the agreement is not received, the guest should contact the manager at the number on the booking confirmation.
Guests must be 21 years of age or older to check-in.

50% of the total amount will be refunded if cancelled within 14 days.
