Disappointing

  : I really enjoyed Stacy at the front desk! She was very sweet and tried to help find a different hotel! Side note: there was a flooding last week, and hotel had a very musky, unpleasant smell.
  : Our room had a moldy smell! Rooms were not very clean! The hotel reeked of cigarettes! Other than that it was decent for the price.

  : There were no towels in the room, no bedspread, no cups, coffee supplies or toilet paper. There was a coffee maker but the carafe was missing. There was construction taking place on one of the stairways and the elevator was broken. The only stairs available to the 2nd floor was far away from the room and they were filthy. There was no breakfast offered and the coffee bar was pitiful.

  : Location. Friendly staff.
  : Woke up in middle of night being eaten alive by bedbugs. I had 20 bites just on one arm. I used to work at a hotel so informed the front desk manager in the morning discretely and asked to have someone call me back regarding this issue. Waited 2 days since it was on a weekend but still have not received a call and it is Monday evening. Did not want to leave a review but since they don't care enough to call me about this serious issue I feel I have no other choice. I would never stay there again. I am also a travel agent and will not recommend anyone to stay there. I only shared a few of the bites I have. My boyfriend also has a bunch.

  : The air conditioner worked.
  : Clearly not cleaned thoroughly in a while. Cigarette burns on the bedding. Bathroom had a barn door on rails that didn't fully close and would get stuck all the time. Light fixtures were just broken. Whole place smelled like weed. When we needed laundry done, it seemed like they didn't have enough linens because we needed to wait until they were done washing ours to get them back. Also, the elevator totally works.

  : Cheap price and you definitely get what you pay for so lesson learned to not trust photos!
  : Gonna have to be start with all the trash ALL OVER the parking lot and up by the building. Smelled pretty musty and like cigarette smoke something terrible. Staff need to learn to answer the phones and maybe clean up the place a bit. Lesson learned!

  : When you walk in, the lobby is super clean, smells nice, has great air conditioning (it was 95 degrees when I arrived so it felt great), and the employees are so nice
  : I was told that there was a flood and the elevator was out because of it. It was made to sound like this was a recent event, but looking at past reviews, it was not. I saw no evidence of this being worked on during my entire stay. Not sure what is going on there / why having an elevator is not top priority to this hotel? No one offered help to carry luggage up steps. The air conditioner in the room did not work well and as a bonus, smelled like urine. I ended up taking the filter out myself and cleaning off the large accumulation of dust and spraying it down with Febreeze. This worked and took about 5 minutes. If anyone from the hotel is reading this, try doing this.

  : The price and room were good, except for the door lock.
  : I had problems with the room door the whole time (wouldn't open/lock very well), the elevator didn't work, and according to the clerk, it hasn't worked for over a year (luckily I was on the first floor), and when I got home, I discovered that they didn't give me back my driver's license (I've been trying for over 2 weeks to get them to mail it to me... I talked to them twice and they said they would mail it to me, but I never did receive it). The bathroom sink was also clogged and unusable, but they gave me a discount for this.
