  : The condo was very nice and spacious. There were plenty of amenities on site for entertainment. The condo is close to restaurants and shops. The views are amazing from the balcony.
  : Beach access could have been better. Called for a trolley and it never came. Maybe have more trolleys running or have a schedule posted.

  : The view was great. The property and location is also very nice. I have stayed at the caribe before and was very pleased but not this time.
  : - The condo floors were filthy. Our feet were BLACK after we got out of the shower and walked around for a couple of minutes. This is not an exaggeration either. We had to pay $180+ in cleaning fees. I expected the condo to be clean when we arrived. RIDICULOUS. - The building plumbing must all feed around the walls and ceiling of this condo. All you ever hear is loose pipes banging the walls and water rushing through them. It is VERY LOUD. - There was furniture on the patio that was destroyed and falling apart- The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. The bed must have been broken due to the mattress not being level at all. When laying down our feet were above our heads. We had to lay upside down to compensate for it. - The guard never told us that the keys were in the envelope that he gave us. We were under the impression that there was a keypad due to the code that we were given in our confirmation email. We had to walk all the way back to the guard shack to find out that the key card was in the envelope (that we left in the car). This is partially our fault for not looking in the envelope.).- Kitchen faucet was broken/loose

  : The view
  : Staff was not helpful nor was the trolly service who was training someone teaching him bad habits saying just leave them and complaining the whole time! Security did nothing about the loud teenagers come through late at night! Also the pools were slippery I slid and hurt my knee the first day there. Our floors in the room were filthy. As we were packing to leave I found roaches in the drawers. The dryer didn’t work properly and made a loud sound. Splash pad was not working nor the mini golf.
