  : The balcony seemed to have new table and chairs and they were great.
  : I was not aware of any breakfast, so if this was provided, no one told us and we didn't partake. The elevators are super sketchy, the windows for the indoor pool and hot tubs were in need of cleaning, the indoor pool was excessively dark.and no seating really to watch my kids. The room with two beds were not comfortable at all and would make noise anytime you moved or rolled over. The headboards were a waste of effort. The Kitchen only had one tiny spatula so we bought one. The cooking pans were just ok. The kitchen only had one barstool other was in closet broken. The living room furniture was worn out . The WIFI was free and it felt like it since it didn't seem to work very well. The balcony lounger looked sketchy. The property itself looked like the owners had quit maintaining.

  : A few things in the condo weren't working: the living room lamp. The balcony needed a loinge chair, but I was able to see feom the pics that it didn't have one, so I brought my own

  : We have never been here before..we were staying with family in TN and decided to travel a little further and didn't want to go to Florida..so we picked here..didn't know a thing about the area or what to expect about our room. But so happy we did..everything went well..from our beautiful room and ocean view, beautiful beach..everyone friendly..we will definitely be back..thank you Phoenix..wish we could of stayed a few days longer..

  : great location. on the beach and conveniently located. tennis, pickle ball & basketball courts, swimming pools, outdoor grills. kitchen in the condo.
  : nothing not to like. there are “fancier” and more expensive places you could stay. but this is a great, non-pretentious place to vacation.

  : for a 2 bd 2 bath plenty roomy. clean. great view. only things to even mention were tv remote needed batteries … one toilet difficult to flush (handle - not stopped up). toilet seat broken. doors to w/d wouldn’t stay closed. dryer extremely slow to dry…good news: reception very helpful . repaired toilet seat immediately. we already had purchased batteries and changed on remote…other issues weren’t addressed but were not critical. we enjoyed this condo very much and would rent it again…we are “picky” people!

  : Great Location and Beach Access, plenty of excellent Restaurants within 5 minutes. Beach Is always well cared for (Thanks OBA), Road infrastructure one of the best. Phoenix III condos are a step up from I & II. Rent here 3 times a year for the past 3 years. Forgot to take a pic of the amazing full size walk in Shower, floor to ceiling tile including Ceiling with a tile seat. 3013 is the one to book. King size bed down in down with 6 pillows [Fantastic]
  : Outdated Televisions, also had to reboot the Dish TV service, little frustrating. Maintenance made 2 calls for older work order.
