Policies

No special conditions apply for groups.

WiFi is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 17 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
No cots are available.
No extra beds are available.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A damage deposit of USD 100 is required on arrival. You should be reimbursed on check-out.
Guests must be at least 21 years or older to check-in.

The front desk is closed on Sundays.

Please note that guests checking in on Sundays must make arrangements with the resort at least 2 days prior to obtain check-in procedures.

Please note the resort front desk has limited hours of operation. Guests who intend to arrive outside of normal check-in hours must call the property in advance at the phone number provided on the booking confirmation to make alternative check-in arrangements.
