WiFi is available in public areas and charges are applicable.

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed) and charges may be applicable.

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 12 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
No cots are available.
No extra beds are available.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A damage deposit of USD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note: There is no daily maid service provided.

The credit card used to book the reservation must be presented at the time of check-in, along with a photo ID for verification. The name on the reservation must match the name of the guest who is checking in. If guest is unable to provide the credit card for verification, a credit card authorization form must be sent to the resort by the cardholder prior to check-in, or an alternative credit card must be presented along with a photo ID matching the cardholder name for verification. Failure to provide valid payment could result in the cancellation of the reservation. Any advance deposit previously collected on the credit card used to book the reservation will be refunded to the card on file and payment will be obtained on the credit card presented by the guest at check-in.

Bed types are not guaranteed. Bedding is based on availability.
