  : Our room was very nice. The location was perfect for what we needed. The pools were gorgeous. It was also very easy to get from one tower to the other. The crosswalk was very convenient.
  : Our dishes were very dirty when we got there. The pillows and beds were very uncomfortable. The DVD selection was terrible, mainly for toddlers. The movies that were half way decent werent even available. Hosts werent very helpful with any questions. Parking lot was very confusing and they didnt have luggage carts.

  : Nothing was here no towels didn't get some until the next night after being here over 24h with out called 6 times to get towels and they quit answering the phone. And when you come to check in here you got over a hundred two hundred people trying to check in at the same time it took forever to get in our room the elevators are slow not happy with this place would never come here again

  : Loud disruptive construction was going on in multiple places on bldg 2, during the Spring Break time frame. Makes no sense why they would allow that to happen. We were NOT notified of that situation beforehand. Construction workers came into our condo from the balcony while we were gone, without notice. In addition, they locked the balcony door and we didn't have access to the balcony for our final two days due to repairs being made on the deck of the unit we rented. No notice from the condo owners, management or the construction people. The master bedroom mattress was old and sagging. The master bed linens were scratchy. The master bed is small. It's a double bed! There was mold in multiple places in the shower. The master ceiling fan had so much dust on the blades we couldn't use it initially. We actually cleaned the blades so we could use it only to discover that the fan pull was broken.

  : The location was perfect and near everything we wanted to do. The room was good and filled our needs. The staff was nice.
  : Upon arrival we discovered that we could not use our balcony because they were painting during our stay which was a bummer because I really enjoy having a good balcony to relax on.

  : Wasnt clean. There was trash all under the couch and under beds. The walls were disgusting. There was hardly and dishes or cookware. I have to cook due to allergies which is the reason we got a condo instead of hotel and could even really cook.

  : I didnt like the management. We arrived there at 5:20 pm and after I call for the code to get in to the condo unit and nobody call me back with the code. I have to call back two more times and about 8 pm they finally give me the code to get in.

  : Proximity to the beach. The view. The pools. The layout of the units is practical and attractive. Check-in process was well explained and easy. Beaches were awesome!
  : Unit was filthy upon arrival. Sandy, dirty floors. Bedding had not been washed - literally sand in the beds from previous use. There were no pillow cases at all. All bedding and towels were threadbare, old and ripped. Couches were old and dirty. This unit needs an update badly.
