: having to clean before leaving, they charge for cleaning but yet we had to do dishes, remove all trash and strip the linen from the beds. Also they charge for losing a bracelet . The condominium itself only charges $10 to replace but they charge $25 . my child accidentally lost hers.

: Location and views were great. For my first time in Panama City, I was impressed by everything but the condo.
: Not sure where to start on what disappointed me the most but besides the lack of updates, I’d have to say the plastic sheets were awful. The rocking, cheap bed was so loud. There was mold in the bathroom behind the toilet and on the shower curtain. The kitchen could have been stocked better. Knives were so dull I almost chopped my finger off cutting watermelon. No mattress on the pull out bed. No light on balcony. Not sure why I have to take out my trash since I pay a cleaning fee. For the amount of money spent, I don’t think I’ll use this place again.

: I liked the pools and the view.
: One role of toilet paper per bathroom was a little tight. The overall condo was not as clean as I would have like. If you are hiring someone you should spot check behind them. Dishes in cabinets were not cleaned properly and I ad to scrub the silverware and a pan before use.

: None of the TV's worked in the 2 bedrooms or the LR. Contacted the people that were responsible for the unit. We were told they couldn't do anything since it was a Sunday. They would have Comcast the Cable provider there on Monday. Monday came and we saw the Comcast van outside the building, but never had it fixed. We were told by Jonathan at Realjoy that since it was MLK Jr. Day Comcast was not working. We asked why Comcast had been there? Jonathan told us they were there for previous problems, but assured us that the TV's would be taken care of on Tues. Tuesday came and went with numerous calls to Jonathan and nothing was corrected. I called on Wednesday and he stated that he would call me right back. Never heard another word from him for the rest of the week.
