  : The facility itself was clean and the room was nice. We had a balcony which was a bonus. The location was very nice, near everything.
  : We was evacuating from our home town and I received a call during driving that some paper work would need to be completely filled out before gaining access to the room. Mind you I was in the middle of driving and a normal 6 hour drive took 12 hours. They sent me a PDF form which was not able to fill out on the phone. This had to be printed out and filled out sent along with a copy of my DL and debit card. This was beyond frustrating. All the offices were closed by the time we reached our destination. We received no help that night. I had to pay for ANOTHER hotel to sleep in that night because we couldnt gain access to the room. This process is beyond ridiculous and I can understand the measures but for that to be filled out before access to the room is very frustrating. Quick to take my money though.

  : Didn't have all cooking supplies..Stove was a lil old need 2 b upgraded, Mattress seemed 2 b a lil old.

  : The location was really nice, just across the road from the beach so not a far walk. Despite the amount of people and one of the elevators being down, there normally weren't very long waits. The pool was really nice and security was actively watching majority of the time.
  : Our room could've been cleaner and could use some updates. The mattresses were dirty and old looking and do not have zip up covers. We also didn't have our welcome packet as they came in so we had to wait for arm bands and a parking pass. Because we booked through a different company, the actual staff couldn't help us. We didn't have a dust pan, dish soap, or blankets & sheets for the pullout bed. We didn't get those until the second day.
