  : No remote for the tv, cable didn't work. Mold on the shower curtain. Elevators were not working at all. No beach veiw at all. Stovetop was not even useable and they left us dishwasher soap for no dishwasher.

  : The facility itself was clean and the room was nice. We had a balcony which was a bonus. The location was very nice, near everything.
  : We was evacuating from our home town and I received a call during driving that some paper work would need to be completely filled out before gaining access to the room. Mind you I was in the middle of driving and a normal 6 hour drive took 12 hours. They sent me a PDF form which was not able to fill out on the phone. This had to be printed out and filled out sent along with a copy of my DL and debit card. This was beyond frustrating. All the offices were closed by the time we reached our destination. We received no help that night. I had to pay for ANOTHER hotel to sleep in that night because we couldnt gain access to the room. This process is beyond ridiculous and I can understand the measures but for that to be filled out before access to the room is very frustrating. Quick to take my money though.

  : we booked through someone else and the front desk staff said they couldnt help us when asking about sheets or trash bags and also we got a parking violation because they gave us our dated parking passes

  : The staff was rude and not helpful. The rooms or dirty. Definitely not a good quality for the price that I paid.

  : no the wrong staff I have never seen they treated my family bad and disrespectful and the front lady dont want to give us our room that we got on line and was saying that we didnt have no room so we when to the hotel I front of this hotel and they treated us so great and give us our room code and to be honest thats embarrassing for them .

  : The room was decent, view of the marsh. The bed was comfy and the pull-out sofa was comfortable enough for my teenage son. The walk to the beach wasn't horrible.
  : When we found staff, they were not very helpful. The parking was ridiculous.
