  : It was not the room we paid for. They didn't have a key so we pretty much got stuck in the room the first night we was there cause if we left to even go to the water for a walk we would be locked out of the room till we found someone to let us in again. Tv didn't work, wifi nope, luckily they moved us to the reef the next day but didn't get that done till after 10am and we wasted the first night and partially the next day on just trying to get a room and settled. And wasn't even offered a refund or anything on the first night's room mess up even when it was there fault. And this was booked and paid for well in advance. So if you book the balcony room good luck getting it when you arrive cause we sure didnt not even when they moved us to the other hotel....and for the record they said we are all full up at first then I said wrong I can book a balcony room right now online and they changed their tune real quick and gave us a room but on ground floor....

  : Close to the beach.
  : The room was full of mold. My entire family left there sick cause of it. People up over me was loud all night. The walls in the room could have fell through if pushed on they would move. The room was not cleaned very well as there was things under the beds from the people before. The floors were not cleaned. Just all around falling apart. The price I paid was not worth it. I will not be going back nor recommending it to anyone

  : It wasnt clean, the roof leaked, we were given the wrong room it says no smoking on premises but everyone was smoking Glass containers were being used by the poolThere was no one at the hotel to enforce anythingThe cleaning lady was hauling one broom, one mop and a bottle of all purpose cleaner to the rooms she was cleaning. No bucket, no rags, no disinfectant. She was on her phone the WHOLE time- we paid 600 for two nights while other people only pains 68 per night??
