  : the property was not the cleanest I called management about no tissue and remote in the back room they never came they was a dirty sheet in one bedroom closet

  : The master bedrooms bed was messed up. We had to put it together a couple of times, it is tired together with a sheet or something. One of the closest doors was off when we got there and had to put it back on. We didn't go on a vacation to do maintenance. The cookware is old and our food keep sticking to the pans.

  : there was only 1 kingsize bed. Iit was advertisedas 2 kingsize bed , 1 queen size bed , and queen sofa sleeper. the second kingsize room was a kingsize headboard with a queensize matress. The front screen door was broken when we arrived, therefore we had to take everything around to the back slidingglass door. We called maintence and the did try to come fix the front screen door. the blinds on the sliding glass door kept coming off. Also the kitchen was poorly furnished . I hope whoever rents this does not do alot of cooking. There were no cookine sheet pans, no pitcher, no corksrew ,hardly any silverware, and the dishwasher was hard to come on . The refrigerator doors were loose , felt like they were goin to come off when you opened them. It was clean and the shower had great water pressure. The towel holder on the wall in the bathroom kept falling off. With a little maintence , it would not be a bad place to stay. Also, they were working on the roof at the pool house, The neighborhood is nice to walk your pets. No chester drawers in the bedrooms, just a closet.

  : The house furniture was all broken the mattresses were all very thin and broken the one room there was a king size headboard sitting on the night stands n didnt sit the size of the bed real safety hazard the blinds were torn up carpet was torn looked like a dog was digging in the carpet the coffee table was chewed on if they are going to allow animals they need to repair what the guests animals torn up it was a total disappointment the couch was a pull out and you couldnt even sit in that couch without hitting your back on the bed rods Ive rented with Vacasa before thats why I went ahead with the reservation because my other stays were fine but this one I wouldnt recommend needs much attention to this property plus the refrigerator doesnt get cold WHO like to drink warm milk
