  : We got there at 8:30 at night went straight to bed. My husband woke up, thinking he was ate up with bedbugs. Turns out it was sand fleas which the room was full of, and all of us have fights all over us now.

  : Parking was a nightmare, but worse was waiting up to several hours for elevators that were small, stuffy, and dangerous (according to posts regarding elevator failure).  I’m not even sure how it’s referred to as a resort when there is no decent dining option. Lastly, the locals youth, unruly, underage, drinkers, storming the beach every night, screaming and yelling, and causing alterations with police officers. The facility doesn’t offer refunds because they would have to refund every single visitor! What a horrendous experience.

  : The parking deck was an issue the majority of the time and we could not find an assigned spot so we would have to park in the yellow which was usually taken up past a certain time.

  : The elevators were not working properly. The wait time to get onto the elevators were at least 45 minutes. The condo we stayed in was never cleaned. I found cigarette buds on the patio and the washer and dishwasher had mildew in it. The floor felt like walking in the sand. It was not a great experience and I would not recommend this to anyone. The only thing I would recommend was the Tiki Bar and food shack.
