: The location was perfect for our needs. We chose the unit because it gave us privacy, a hot tub and fireplace for our Christmas holiday.
: Water heater broke which also caused the floor heaters to no longer work. We didn't have hot water for 2 days and no heat for 24 hrs in December. One of the twin beds was propped up by bricks which collapsed. After multiple phone calls the property manager moved us to another location but we lost a bedroom, hot tub and about 36 hrs from our vacation time. The keypad code wouldn't work at the new location causing us to wait outdoors for over 30 minutes with our luggage. I finally told the management company to physically send someone to the location to let us in. The new place was clean but lacked the third bedroom and hot tub we were promised. Horrible quality of accommodations and service for the price.
