  : I liked the property's proximity to the freeway and the events that I was there to attend. Staff were friendly and helpful and I would really like to highlight the staff member that checked me in -- she was Fantastic!! Janene set the tone for our stay -- positive, accommodating and incredibly helpful.
  : There were a few things I did not like about my stay; For starters, breakfast service stops at 9:30a not at the 10am that we were told, so made it a bit inconvenient for us to get our day started. The first day we walked into breakfast at 9:30a and staff told us they were getting ready to close down but still allowed us an opportunity to grab breakfast. Dont get me wrong, they were all super kind and friendly but they were clear that breakfast stops at 9:30a. It felt pretty rushed-- so that was a bummer. Second, The room's air conditioner is sooooo loud! it sounded like a car was running in the room! luckily though, I packed headphones for my child so she were able to tune it out. The air conditioning vents were also extremely dusty. We didn't spend all day at the hotel but it was pretty concerning that the vents would be so dirty and thick with dirt. It's such a beautiful property it almost seems like it would be a good investment for them to clean them! Last, parking was $35 dollars a night -- seemed a little much but also standard I suppose.
