  : Was given wrong info to get key. Only 1 phone # for contact and when called went straight to voicemail. With no return call for long time. Sat in the parking lot with "cold" groceries. ( the only way we finally got in touch with someone is that my daughter knows the daughter of the owner. after sitting in the parking lot with no return call, I called my daughter who contacted her friend who lives in another state. Her friend called her family and finally got the correct info to get the keys. I honestly don't know what would happenef if we hadn't had the friend contact. Or if my daughter couldn't have gotten in touch with her.) No oven mitt. Had to use wash cloth! Only 1 kitchen towel. No dish rag or dish brush. 5 adults 2 rolls toilet paper for 4 days! Was given wrong wifi info. Took full day to get correct info.
