: The place was clean . There is no view at all. It rained most of the time we were there. We payed for another night hoping for no rain. The first days the people up from us had kids it was so noisy. I am not sure if I would rent this to condo again

: Nothing! We tried for an hour to contact Kim Longstreet but no answering machine for her phone, her email bounced back, no response to my text, ever! Slimy feeling to bedspreads and pillows!
: A health hazard. Overwhelmed with mold and mildew, filthy windows fall out when opened, bugs. No working phone/email/text to reach Kim Longstreet. We left, will not pay, lots of negative reviews!!!

: The 2 minute walk to the beautiful private beach.
: We arrived and it smelled of mold, several lightbulbs burnt out, bottom of bathtub was filthy, blood stained mattress pad, trash can smelled of rotten fish, freezer had open bag of ice that reeked of fish, carpets were beyond dirty and repair. We had to make a trip to Walmart after a 12 hour drive and buy new sheets, mattress pad, and cleaning supplies to wake up our first day and spend 2 hours cleaning the condo. The mold smell was very strong and made it hard to relax and enjoy the condo.

: Lots! It was close to the beach (although including a map of the property and beach access would have been very helpful).The kitchen was very nice and the furniture was all in great shape. Beds were roomy and comfortable. The AC and ice maker worked fabulously!! A huge plus in Florida.The beach chairs and small umbrella were a huge help!! We really appreciated being able to use those. The washer and dryer in the condo were so convenient!
: The floors were dirty...they hadn't been mopped in some time. Our feet were black from walking barefoot in the condo. There was only one dishtowel to use for the whole week. And no dish cloth. So we had to go buy more. Also, very little toilet paper and paper towels. Bought more of all of that.The inner shower curtain was covered in mold and mildew. I took pictures. It was disgusting. We had to go buy a new one of those, too. No hangers to hang our clothes. The shopping list kept growing....The tenant above us was horribly loud. There was stomping and running that literally began at 6:00 a.m. each morning. The fan in the master bedroom turned off when the light was off. The pull cord to turn it on didn't work. Thank goodness there was a back up box fan in the condo!

: The beach was nice not very busy.
: The upstairs guest were very busy. Ever step seemed like they would come through the ceiling, and they hardly ever stopped. The television in the living room was a pain to use.
