  : Great location. Beautiful beach. We would come back to this property but would want an updated unit.
  : Total fees came to over $330 a night. For that price, you would expect a better maintained and more updated unit. Kitchen was worn and appliances needed to be replaced. The dryer was rusted inside and out. The screen on the dryer vent was no existent due to rust - a fire hazard. Parking was tough with a truck and we weren’t given a parking pass. The TV in living room didn’t work, with at least 10remotes that didn’t seem to control anything. There we not any instructions on how to work the 3 TVs either. Kitchen was unorganized and needed cereal bowls. Needed some lightbulbs throughout. Shower door didn’t close. Air intake grill on the wall was missing screws. Dishwasher fell out of the cabinet.

  : 1. Contractor and workers were Rehabbing the unit next to mine and there was INTOLERABLE noise for DAYS.2. I had a pet that was traumatized from EXTREME noise. This unit should not have been rented. Contractor told me repairs on the private unit he was rehabbing was from Hurricane Sandy. Also building was old and in major need of upgrading. Lobby had cardboard on the floor. Old, dirty.3. Carpets in the unit need super cleaning. They don't feel clean or smell clean enough. Could smell as could my kitty animal scents on the carpet.4. Local management unreachable. Asked for extra hour for check out day. No reply.5. National Hosteeva host Ana really helped best she could. Compassionate and apologized for situation but could not solve the noise issue. Again, THIS UNIT SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN RENTED. Certainly the local Hosteeva knew of the rehab patterns of this building or should have. National company did give $ compensation but less than 1 night of stay.6. Stains on the bathroom floor, light bulbs and lamps that didn't work, wheel missing off the lower dishwasher tray, barely stocked kitchen and what was stocked was damaged or missing parts. ie, not full measuring spoons or cups, no spatula, non stick pans old and need replacing, 1 decent tea mug, etc.7. Curtains that don't stay on the track when drawn.8. Door outside had blue tape on the door that said NO ACCESS which was extremely confusing on first arrival. Door was also filthy. The tape, I was told by an owner, meant that construction workers weren't supposed to enter my unit Also, construction workers had their sawmill out in the hall, etc.9. Deck furniture table wobbly, leg needs repair. Furniture cushions worn and caved in so uncomfortable.10. Circuit breaker off in master bedroom.11. I was there Thanksgiving weekend expecting no construction noise or these types of issues. This is a good unit with good bones. I hope this info helps restore it!

  : This property has been neglected. We had exposed carpet tack at the MBR door, a glass top table on the deck that had one leg resting on a crushed beer can. The deck furniture was poor and needs to be replaced. The kitchen had 2 broken coffee pots and a missing part on a blender, the pots and pans were cheap and the stove needs to be replaced.

  : The locations and the ocean view was great
  : -Place was pretty dated and furniture smelled and was very used. Missing paint from every room not to mention the alarm detectors were unplugged -Second bathroom was broken -didn’t see any mention of water damage in the apartment but it smelled pretty damp -issues with internet we made the best out of our vacation by staying at the beach and visiting the towns nearby

  : ***UPDATE*** The owner himself called me and talked with me to refund my cleaning fee and offered me a HUGE discount on my next stay. He was super friendly and was so apologetic. He said that the cleaning personnel was new and that he promised that, this was not the way it is there. He also assured me that he would take care of it! It was filthy! I had to pay a cleaning fee, but I had to clean EVERYTHING before we could use anything tub, shower, etc. Our feet turned black when we walked barefoot. Not a single room was clean, and paint peeling off of every ceiling. This place desperately needs a makeover, and a new cleaning service! The cleaning company or person didn’t even clean out the dishwasher or dryer. I don’t know if those dishes were clean or not, so I had to wash them myself! You come on vacation to relax, not cringe and clean when you stay somewhere.The security guard was super nice and polite. The people that stayed there were super friendly. The views here are amazing, but the room we stayed in 1006 was trash.

  : The views are great. The beds were great and very comfortable. The jacuzzi tub is great but no jets.
  : Well it was very muskie smelling and the furniture was dirty and the floors. Then I decided because I had my 4 year old grandson Ryker with my daughter and I we would sanitize and dust then mop well we would have had to go buy another mop because when I tried to clean it nothing but dirt and more dirt came out. I'm so sorry I did extend my stay for 2 extra days because of having to clean. Thanks for letting me get to share how else would you know. Thanks the place was beautiful and the views were the best Thanks again for the trip we had so much fun.
