  : Location is very close to the Pigeon Forge strip. Had a lot of stuff in the kitchen for cooking there. The basement was perfect for our kids. And loved the decks. Loved having a washer and dryer as well.
  : Some things were broken. The baby gate didn't operate properly which sucked for us with our toddler. The sofa bed downstairs mattress was pretty tore up. And some of the theater chairs weren't bolted down correctly. Vacasa did offer to come look at the baby gate during our stay.

  : Would have been nice to stay bc it was close to everything but unfortunately the staff did not clean the property so therefore we had to be put into another cabin 20 minutes away which was more unconvenient for me and my teenage kids homework driving also inconvenient for the fact of that it was so close that we would have not had the long drive out to find something to eat
  : It was pure filthy because the staff said that it was clean and we could go in and it was not dirty diapers on the porch by the hot tub the hot tub was nasty the whole entire thing was just disgusting and I would have loved to stay there because I love the cabin and I loved how close it was so I just locked the fact of it is that I had to pay for something that's still wasn't to my standards because it wasn't so close to being in there I had to stay 20 minutes away from town my plan was to be close because I had children that were teenagers I don't even believe that I should have had to pay. For my stay for the other cabin

  : Good space & amount of beds! Great location.
  : Not cleaned properly. The kitchen table was sticky. The floor was so dirty my white socks would go black. Bed sheets were dirty & had what it looked like vomit on it. Extra blankets in the closet were thrown on the floor & not washed. Crumbs & open bags of snacks stuffed into the sofa beds.

  : Water leaking from ceiling in stairway, water gushing from floors as you step on floors downstairs, duct work filled with water, left over dirty towels and bra from previous guest, tons of live bugs in bathroom window seal and around jacuzzi tub downstairs bedroom, trash scattered out back behind property, floors were dirty (our feet were filthy if we removed our shoes) no remote to TV in upstairs bedroom, ceiling fan covered in dust, found a CBD gunmy in the shower upstairs in the corner of shower.

  : The size of the place, the nice balcony. The kitchen was very well equipped.
  : I didnt like the bear decoration. I also wish there was an extra bedroom instead of the home theater in the basement. The cabin is very big but could not accommodate 3 kids each having their own bed.
