  : Location, the breakfast waitress was great!
  : Restaurant had a limited menu and was out of a few items my husband wanted. Our meals were gross- fatty undercooked cold bacon for the BLT and my chicken was extremely dry that I couldn’t swallow it and the green beans were undercooked. Bar tender never asked if there was a problem with our food since we did not eat the majority of it nor did he ask if we wanted a box - so my guess is he new the food was bad. No cups in the room to make coffee. Someone else’s food in our fridge. The handicap room was not ADA compliant causing my husband to fall in the bathroom. Both lobby restrooms the handicap stalls were out of order. Another quest had to tell us in order to go to the ground floor, you have to go up and then down as the down button was not working. Parking ramp was trashing, dark, and didn’t seem very safe. Did an early checkout and the quest services gal sat in a chair in the back and didn’t seem to want to get up as told me to just leave the keys. Once I told her we had issues she finally came out.

  : location was good that's one of the reasons we booked.
  : we asked to be in a room that was convenient for us as we are both in our late 70s. The room was at the opposite end of the front desk where it would of been easy to unload our 3 days worth of stuff. I was directed to park in a parking garage so we went in door and could not find our room. Ended up parking near a door that was close to the room but involved steps which I specified I didn't want as we both have trouble with steps. Two night we had issues getting into the room, There was no microwave which even a Motel 6 has. We chose this place as we wanted something much than a redroof or motel 6. The cost was $624 for 3 nights which include our small poodle. The place was very disappointing for the cost.
