: The price at first, and the spa bathtub. The staff I encountered were nice.
: They were cheap on the free things, the spa was broken. That was a big part of going there. Then the free juice was broken. But all the paid vending machines were working and stocked well. Then I went to wash my hair and no shampoo or conditioner. Just seemed they were trying not to give any amenities away, you had to pay extra through the vending machines where most other place I have stayed at least provide those things. Then there was an accident there where a pipe burst and flooded all 3 floors. I was glad I only booked 2 nights there because I’m sure there is going to be mold. They had to shut off water to the whole place, I couldn’t flush the toilet, shower, or use the bathtub I specifically searched for to soak in. I can not believe there are not shutoff valves at each room! Not hart to do cost a little money but you would not impact the stay of all the guest! The black out curtains need a better blackout curtain, the room lights up as soon as the sun comes up and stays light till it’s down. I complained about the stay and the front desk just said I’m sorry, no offer of a refund or discount.

: The AC was great. The lady at the front desk was nice Also. The bed was pretty cozy
: The room smelled like cigarettes. The fridge was dirty and the tub had random hairs in it. The whole place needs work but it has potential. Also online it said it had a pool and upon arrival I was told there was no pool Also no breakfast.

: Nice location surrounded by lots of shops, restaurants, gas station. Room was a nice size.
: My room smelled very musty but ok after airing out a bit. The doors slammed shut behind you very loud. Small television and furniture seemed cheap or old. Maybe both.

: The location was great, close to downtown and everything else on our to-do list. It was a first time in Oregon. Jacuzzi in room was fun, we used it every night :) Sunday evening guy at front desk around 9pm was very sweet and polite.
: Our room 308 was dirty, fridge had literal food in it?? There were wrappers from previous guest and even a set of keys under the couch. Tissue paper stuffed in peephole and in the smoke alarm. Room was obviously not cleaned well. Had a lingering awful scent that smacked us in the face everytime we walked inside. Only 3 flat pillows for the king size bed. Also man at the front desk our first night got mad at my bf for getting locked outside, huffed and sighed and rolled his eyes.. sorry we interrupted your book. We are frequent travelers and I’ll put this at the bottom of our list of hotels we’ve ever stayed at.
