: The property was very clean when we arrived. We stayed for a night to see filming of American Horror Story. It was simple to check in and out. Location is great and there is a huge outside area that overlooks commercial st. We booked again to go back in May for longer.
: Only thing missing was telling us what apartment it actually was but I may have missed it

: Screen door with no glass, freezing cold air coming through the cracks of the door. Loud noise every morning under the kitchen floor. Holes in walls in bathroom 1 filled in with toilet paper! Pubes in the shower.

: the unit is in a very good location
: 1) All of the unit photos but one on the booking.comlisting for this unit were NOT of this unit, but were from different unit! This is very misleading and frankly deceptive. There is no living room with futon sofa in this unit. This unit has a smaller kitchen. When I complained to Booking.com about the missing living room, they told me "When you book a room on Booking.com you reserve a type of room not a specific room". Completely ridiculous. They showed me a different unit than the one that I was renting! 'Bait and Switch' anyone?2) The unit has absolutely NO Internet/WiFi - none, zero, zip.3) The unit had two new TVs but they were NOT hooked up with Cable or an antenna so without WiFi they are completely useless. When I complained to Vacasa (the management company), they told me that they never promised that the TVs would be functional!4) Condensation from the upstairs' window HVAC drips directly onto this unit's bedroom window HVAC making a loud constant pinging noise throughout the night. Perfect for water torture.5) The outer front door and one window had no mesh screens so bugs can just fly in.6) Around 6:30am on Wednesday of our stay, they started drilling and banging in the unit above us.7) Bizarrely, the cleaning packet contained dishwasher detergent pods even though this unit had NO dishwasher. I guess the other unit's larger kitchen shown in the photos has a dishwasher.
