  : I didn't even make it to my room as upon arrival, the room wasn't ready. There were several guests waiting in the lobby due to this same reason. And the lobby was not cozy/comfortable. There was a plexi-glass up to the reception desk, the couch sunk to the floor, and it was evident that this property houses lower income and troubled locals. The name of the hotel, specifically "plaza" does not depict the quality of the property an out of towner would be receptive to stay at. As a family, with a child, the conditions of the property, including the local guests allowed to stay, was not conducive for a family, based on these initial observations. And the price quoted did not match the overall quality.
