: The check-in and out process was simple. The room had a blow dryer, iron, fridge, tv, and microwave, which I utilized on my trip. I was attending the convention and the drive was very convenient. They replaced my towels every day, which was nice!
: I read on the website that breakfast included hot items like eggs, but they only had a waffle maker, bread, yogurt, oranges, cold breakfast sandwiches and drinks. After the first day I just preferred not to eat personally. I also had someone come in and make my bed the first day, but the second it was kind of just sloppily thrown up and wrinkly. The shower did not really seem well cleaned, especially on the ledges. While there was ample sources of light in the room, even with all of them turned out, the lighting was pretty weak in there. If I wanted decent lighting, I had to go into the bathroom. There was only one elevator and the stairs right next to my room were blocked, which is a safety hazard. That elevator is extremely rickety and probably needs to be serviced.

: Once inside the lobby everything was wonderful! Very clean, friendly staff. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. A “10”.
: Outside the building the parking lot was littered with trash and debris. Parking was not sufficient as there were dumpsters overflowing with trash and mattresses on the side of the building which took up remaining spaces. See pics below. Traffic noise started very early so certainly couldn’t rest on a weekday. Did not feel safe. We returned from our concert around 10:20 pm and my husband was approached by someone asking for money. It was scary. Several homeless hanging around in parking lot during daylight hours.

: Clean and very comfortable with a desk and additional reading chair. Ample charging and electrical ports.
: The location feels like the set of "The Walking Dead". I made the mistake of walking to a nearby restaurant and was dodging a constant stream of edgy drifters and addicts hounding me for money. Get gas before you get there or you are a sitting duck during the fill up.
