  : Breakfast was supposed to be included in our stay yet when we went to the serving area an hour after breakfast should have started. There was no breakfast out at all and there was no staff members to be found from 6 AM until 7:30 AM more than 10 had been searching for staff members and wondering when breakfast was going to be served, the room key continued to deactivate. The room had ketchup or something both on curtains and places in the bathroom. The sink leaked onto the floor when you ran the water. We never got a receipt because we couldn’t find any staff members to check out and when we checked in, we were charged more than what our confirmation through Booking.com had indicated it would be, an overall horrible experience and when I called Days Inn corporate they had nothing to say about it except for that they would file a complaint most horrible experience I have ever experience in my 30+ years of travel

  : This hotel was in the worst part of town. Home less people walking around the parking lot. We didn’t feel safe. The hotel its self was dirty with a bad smell in the lobby. We wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Parking area dirty as well.

  : No air conditioning. Once reported a staff member stated that someone would fix it. No one came. Even after cleaning their extremely dirty air filter it still did not work. The other front desk clerk stated it doesn't work due to being to hot outside. It was low 80s on arrival and it still didn't work. We had to buy two fans as they would not change rooms or refund us. Will not be returning. This use to be our favorite.

  : New front desk person that was having a hard time checking in multiple guests. After waiting for about a hour the front desk person had to call the owner. Went to the room and the sheets were dirty with food fingerprints on multiple sheets. The next day, half the breakfast items were not available (coffee, juices, milk).
