: That it was near my destination.
: Filthy. Room had carpet coming up. There was a mysterious crusty stain on the curtains. The elevator had sticky splatter on the doors when we arrived and left.

: There was a large cockroach in the bathroom and hair on the floor. The room was 88 when we entered it and with the air conditioning on it took until the next morning to cool off.

: This is the second time booking with comfort inn and suites within the last month that I specifically pick them for the indoor pool and both were broken. Super disappointed!

: Just about everything was great. Quiet. Didn't allow noise in hallways; walls thick enough so no sounds from neighboring rooms; in beautiful area; well-manicured landscaping; clean indoor pool and area; friendly staff.
: Our well-appointed room had a sofa that had apparently been where a dog slept (pet-friendly) and had fleas. Rest of room did not. It would have been nice to have coffee & juice downstairs available 24hr. More fresh fruit at breakfast would have been nice
