: Not much too like it was in a sketchy part the staff was rude when asking for towels for a family of 4 staying 2 nights and only having 2 towels to begin with cops up and down the stairs

: Room had a broken tv called front desk and the guy lied saying the hot was sold out. Guy lied as there was lots of parking space available. I asked for another room and they would not move me. Done renting three the service sucks!

: The room we booked was absolutely disgusting cigarette burns everywhere, no smoke detector, cockroach in the bathroom, stray kittens all over the parking lot. The upgrade they gave us was much better but still had cigarette burns in the carpet.The pool was dirty, the laundry room was dirty, the police were there pretty much every day. Our deposit wasn't returned. We called the property on the 21st of July to inquire about it & were told that we would receive an email & our deposit the next day. We still haven't received it.
