  : Room was available. Reasonably clean. Staff is friendly and responsive.
  : Room was not as depicted and on reflection probably just a room rather than a suite that we booked. Place is almost comically in disrepair with elevator buttons not working, fire alarm battery warnings beeping, thermostat doesn't function, no coffee maker or ice bucket, broken ice machines.

  : Absolutely NOTHING. This was by far the WORST place I have ever been to in my ENTIRE life, and I have travelled ALL around the world!!
  : AIR CONDITIONING DOES NOT WORK IN ANY ROOM. YOUR STAFF IS HORRIBLE. THERE IS NEVER, AT ANY POINT, AN ON-SITE MANAGER, THE ROOMS WERE DISGUSTING, ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING WAS TERRIBLE! WORST PLACE , DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Warning!!

  : The parking lot and the swimming pool area, just wished it was more cleaner
  : upone arriving to my room I got a nasty smell of cigarettes and other types of smoke lingering in the room, there was stains on the beds, the fire alarm was detached from its location. I had a 4month old and I did not feel safe at all having the baby inhaling or sleeping in this hotel room, so I cancelled the room and left with my family.

  : Breakfast was included, something not mentioned on their Booking.com profile. Nice bonus. Room was large, location was reasonably good since we had a car to get to various (relatively) nearby shopping areas.
  : AC did little to nothing in the middle of a heat wave. Almost all other customers appeared to be using substances heavily. Whole floor smelt of marijuana smoke despite clear policies. Clerk took forever to deal with all inquiries. 3 out of 4 ice machines were broken or missing. Stairway was dim and unpleasant. Lights on lift almost all broken. Poor room lighting, window latches broken (top floor, didn't really matter). Only supplied two bath towels, no mat or face towels. Several malfunctioning power sockets.

  : Pictures of room that were shown on Booking.com were not the same!! Might have been taken ten years ago!! Patio Curtains had holes in them, there was no coffee maker or any types of cups, ice machine didn’t work!! I was lucky the house cleaner was next door so I asked for a coffee maker and cups and Coffee!! The room was Hot!!!
