  : the location was great and the room was clean
  : The rooms are very small, which isn’t something that bothered us but people who are on the bigger side or even claustrophobic would want to walk out. They need to add a true to size picture for that exact reason. The breakfast was very disappointing and I found mold on the ridges of the lid of the orange juice. There were 3 food options (boiled eggs, yogurt in a small cup, and a danish cut into piece I would sum it up as about 15 dollars worth of food laid out for the entirety of the guests. I don’t really care that it wasn’t good but the high price versus for a bed and breakfast should also include breakfast. They also have a story on the welcome form about how they had a family incident that pulls them away but with their prices they should have enough hired help to keep at least one person on staff during their hours. The doors are closed during the day and you communicate with them through a ring bell. These all are things I could overlook but not at that rate.

  : Receptionist, Ryan, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Consummate professional. Met the owner, who was very much like Ryan. Excellent general location, but the Spanish St is basically a side street that is a bit run-down. Always available during regular business hours, offering information, cold water. Good A/C throughout.
  : Expected a real bed, not a Murphy bed. Water pressure is very low, which may be a city decision, but good hot and cold running water. Ceiling fan cut off on its own periodically. Could not turn down TV volume. Expected a full breakfast, but only provided a continental breakfast, which was very good quality.
