: The exterior of the property was well maintained.
: Hidden fees (extra $200 over booking "final cost"), maintenance issues with unit (keyless entry pad stopped working at checkout couldnt lock door, patio door would not lock someone came into our patio and moved furniture around, gate card stopped working after first night stranding us on a raised beach walkway over a conservation area, woke up next morning to ants coming from under the dishwasher into garbage can, bathroom had dirt on walls from vent never being cleaned, the pullout sofa was the most uncomfortable thing I've ever sat on. The list of rules I had to agree to required 15 signatures.

: That I was not informed about work being done on b 14 and the shower was gross and would not drain

: The shower was disgusting and had someone else’s hair in it. The drains were clogged and I suppose we were meant to just poor the draino under the sink down the drains? Very unhappy considering the amount of money and cleaning fees we paid. When I told the lady at desk when checking out she just said “sorry you found it that way, have a nice day”
