  : Location. The condo itself was cute and clean.
  : 1. Sunsuite condos are under construction. 2. Pool was dirty and couldnt swim in it, which I had asked about when making the reservation because the kids wanted to swim in a pool. It was confirmed on the call they could swim in it.3. Staff was rude plus did not prepare appropriately for all of us. 4. I had to walk back to Guest Services (Livvy) three times. One, she forgot to print out and give me the combination to get into the room. Two, there were not enough blankets, pillows and towels so I had to go down and request these from Livvy. The woman who delivered the blankets and pillows did not have the towels. She said Guest Services (Livvy) has them. I replied that I asked her (Livvy) twice for the extra towels and Livvy said shed call down and see if they had any. All the while she had them there. I conveyed to the woman who brought the blankets and pillows that the condo was not prepared properly and she said its Bookings.coms fault and to take it up with them. She was also not very pleasant. 4. The blankets while clean were torn. Tags on the blankets said defective - I have pictures. 5. The water for the shower was a little better than a trickle and the bathroom sink was partially clogged. 6. The maintenance of these condos was severely lacking. I have pictures. Pool wasnt clean. Grounds not maintained. Structures were worn and green mildew. Id like a refund.
