No Smoking Policy: Wydown Hotel is a non-smoking establishment. A $300.00 cleaning fee will be assessed for any detection that a guest is or has been smoking within the building.

Incidental Charges: Any incidental charges will be charged directly to the guest upon discovery of any damages to the property by guest or visitors upon check out.
Cancellations or changes must be received no later than 3:00pm (PST) seven days prior to the arrival date to avoid a penalty equal to 100% of stay including tax in the room category booked. Any non-arrivals will be charged an amount equal to 100% of the stay including tax in the room category booked.

Resort fee of US$20 per night is not included in rates.
