  : Hotel and room themselves were.nice and clean.
  : They mentioned breakfast was included, but they don't offer any at all. Stated they had numerous complaints about it, but is still showing. Staff was not that good specially nobody speaks Spanish at all, when my wife had questions. We had booked room for 4 ppl, but had issues with my son that went with his friends. They had to leave due to emergency. So we took him with us and our 2 minor kids.They told us that only 4 could stay in the room. So I had to leave elsewhere. I found out next morning that other people had stayed with up to 6 ppl in their room. So we don't know if they were targeting our family in any way.

  : Good location, 5-6 min drive from airport.Lots of food places and popular food franchises nearby (easy to access by car)Staff was accommodating to request for assistance - room key stopped working and counter staff changed it immediately.Was able to park very close to front entrance.Bed was comfortable and clean.Blackout curtains allowed me to sleep in and get extra time for jet lag.
  : No elevator at facility to get to 2nd floor (even though there were only two floors to building) and had to haul luggage up the stairs. Counter staff tried to make it up by giving me a room right next to the stairs. No restaurant or meal facilities available on site besides a single vending machine. No breakfast available even though it was advertised as being available when booking the hotel - not good value if you're looking for a hotel with breakfast. Had to spend extra money for breakfast for my family outside of the rental which was unplanned for my budget. Airport shuttle is only available until 11pm and only upon request. Had to call the hotel for shuttle from Days Inn, and they charged me $15USD extra for the shuttle to come for me and my family because it was after 11pm. Cheaper than using an Uber or other ride service - but it was still an unexpected expense which decreased the value of this rental to me because the delay of my arrival was due to airline flight delay, which was out of my control. I was expecting that hotel shuttle would have been free - I did not see any clear, explicit advertisement that I would be charged by the hotel for after 11pm Airport shuttle service.Based on these points I would be hesitant to rent at Days Inn at San Antonio Airport again, unless I knew for sure I would be arriving way before 11pm by at least a few hours.
