: I booked the hotel on booking.com after 9:00 p.m.; it did not say anywhere on the website that there's No Check-ins after 9:00. So when I arrived at the hotel, the office was closed and I was unable to say the night. Which then made me have to book another hotel last minute and drive to another place to stay for the night. I have talked to booking.com, I have left three messages with oceana boutique hotel, I have called five times with no answer and I have still not been able to get a refund of my money even though I did not stay there. Their customer service and front desk operations are far below par and I'm still very upset that I have not had my money returned for a stay that I did not have. It is also upsetting because nowhere, anywhere does it say that there's no check-ins after 9:00 on booking.com. So even though it's not my fault they still are refusing to give me my money back. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! it is not worth it!! You will lose your money, they do not work with you, they do not call you back, they do not care. If I could give them a NEGATIVE 100 points I would.

: Room smelt strong of cigarettes, not clean, no towels, bed wasnt made, door was wide open. Place was a dump.

: I could not even access my room. There was no answer to a phone call and no office open for room key retrieval. There was no mention in their website that their office closed at a certain time. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

: Emergency lodging. The hotel I booked a month earlier refused me service because mgr said he didnt like my visbe. I had nowhere to sleep. 69 year old female with back injury with nowhere to sleep. So I took only room left at Oceana. They were very nice
: I only took the room out of fear of sleeping in m car. Luckily I had a sleeping bag in my car. Otherwise, I could never stay in a room like this. But the mgr was very kind, apologized for room. Their other rooms are not that bad. But they were sold out.
