Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 15 years old stay for US$10 per person per night when using an existing bed.
No cots are available.
No extra beds are available.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please inform San Diego Balboa Park Rental in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
A damage deposit of USD 500 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via PayPal, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note: The property has designated quiet hours from 21:00 to 09:00hrs.

Property also accepts payment via PayPal and will send guests an invoice at time of booking and require payment within 24 hours.

Please note: Property is unable to accept international credit cards. Please note: Property accepts payment via paypal or US credit cards only. Guest will be charged at the time of booking for the entire reservation cost including tax.

Please note: If the guest departs more than 30 minutes after the checkout time they will be charged a $50 late checkout fee.
