: Staff very friendly. Location great as near public transport and opposite the Golden Gate Park which was beautiful. The "Meet the manager drinks" at 5pm was a lovely way to mix with other residents.
: The only improvement would have been to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room and possibly a mini fridge. Also very surprised to have plastic knives and forks at breakfast!
