Policies

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not needed) and charges may be applicable.

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children from 1 year old to 6 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 17 years old stay for US$25 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A damage deposit of USD 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Guests must be 21 years of age or older to check in.

Please, there is construction on the lot next to ours. Double rooms will be affected Monday to Saturday 7:00 am - 5:00 pm.

This property requires the credit card used to reserve to be presented at check-in. If the cardholder is not staying, a written authorization is required. Please contact us if this is your case.
