  : Condo was recently upgraded and beautifully decorated. Location, location, location. Great views. Comfortable living for a family of six.
  : Dealing with Dream Vacation Rentals was more like a Nightmare than a Dream. Not very customer service oriented. They arranged for work in the Condo and not even during the time they said the work would happen. Our vacation was interrupted on three separate occasions during our stay for cable work in the condo. We were not happy, so Dream Vacation contacted the owner and we were told that for the inconvenience the owner promised a discount if we rebooked the Condo for the following year. After our vacation, we went to rebook and were given a 10% rebooking discount, which Dream Vacation gives for rebooking within 72 hours anyway, but nothing further from the owner. We were told 10% was the maximum discount they could offer. At the same time, we received three separate price quotes for the following year and alot of double talk as to what the actual price would be and why we received different quotes. In the end, even with the 10% "discount", they were asking us to pay over 20% more for next year than we did this year. Needless to say, with this type of customer service we didn't book our next Sanibel trip through Dream Vacation Rentals.
