  : Warning: There is no place to park. No exaggeration.There is no serenity about this cabin unless you are arriving in a Kia Soul or a golf cart. The road in front of the cabin is one lane.The customer service number of these properties are based in Oregon. When we contacted customer service, the representative read from a page that instructed us to go down the hill to the 2nd house on left and use drive way to turn around and we would have a better way to park the vehicle. We did this upon arrival and there is no driveway that magically appears. We are driving a Buick crossover SUV, 205 inches long and 79 inch wide. The representative told us she would call a local manager to help us. The local manager referred us back to Oregon to request that a ticket for help or a refund be sent to her. We asked the local manager if there might be another cabin available and her answer was that we needed to start a ticketof request back to Oregon. We called Oregon and kept being placed on hold (forced to listen to sad violin music that matched our mood)until we informed them that we would no longer want on hold and our next step was to contact Booking.com and to relocate another place or hotel to stay. We had a limited time for vacation (teachers wanting a last-minute rest before going back to school), and we were wasting a beautiful day. Finally, we were told 2 hours later we will be refunded in 5 days. We then spent another hour locating a hotel. Please help other customers by letting them know what they are walking into.
