: When I arrived very late due to a delayed flight, almost no one would talk to me, until some time later a woman came out, treated me poorly and EVEN THOUGH I HAD PAID IN ADVANCE, SHE MADE ME PASS THE CARD AGAIN OR WOULD NOT LET ME STAY, I had to pass it and the other person day I will talk to the manager, the manager said that booking had not made the payment, I called booking who then called the hotel, the manager Estefany took the case but she lied to me from the first moment because booking had made the payment, and She for protecting her manager and me lied from the first moment, I managed to speak with Estefany's manager, a certain Fabio, who admitted to me that it was their mistake from the first moment, he promised to give me the divorce but after 5 days, nothing, The most likely thing is that they will steal my money, a total nightmare, the staff is very unprofessional, of the 6 days I was there they never cleaned my room or changed a towel, breakfast was supposed to start at 6:30, I was traveling for work and for 2 days I had to leave without having breakfast because I had to be at work at 7, and there were many people waiting for breakfast that we had to go to, the facilities full of dust, leaks running on top of the tables in the restaurant. dining room, The very noisy air conditioning seemed like it was going to explode.ultimately a disaster
