  : I loved the location. The beach was amazing, plenty of chairs and umbrellas and the water was warm. My daughter also loved all the options for the kids, from the various pools to the activities like kite making.
  : There really is a lack of variety for food. I feel like that could definitely be improved upon, especially if we’re at a resort for families with kids. However, our stay was really impacted by the malfunctioning toilet in the bathroom. At first we thought it was just our fault and we clogged it. The maintenance guy was very understanding. He got that fixed in minutes once he got a plunger. However, I guess there was more wrong with the toilet that took hours. It was my daughter’s bedtime, and we held off as long as we could since the work being done was super loud. A few hours later, we were told they were done inside and now just had to finish on the outside. However, that was not the case! They had to come back in. This time the hotel did ask us if we wanted to use another room for the night (it was after 9pm, my 5yo daughter was already passed out) which was the least they could do since it would wake my child up. So we had to carry her over sleeping and bring what we could so she wouldn’t wake up scared or confused without her stuffed animals around her. They finally called us around 10-11 to let us know they were done and we could come back to our room if we wanted to, which we did since most of our stuff was still in there. So dragging my sleeping child back again. We were specifically told the bathroom issue was likely due to the construction being done on the property and workers throwing things down the pipes that they shouldn’t. The hotel literally did nothing to apologize for the inconvenience, not even a freaking breakfast voucher. For 500$+ a night, I did not expect these kinds of issues or that kind of treatment. It really ruined the stay for me.

  : Amenities were decent, pools were acceptable, bistro was good.
  : Large gap between door and floor, allowing moist air and sand to accumulate inside the room. Housekeeping did not have a broom, so we bought one to clean the room. Room was advertised as “ocean view”, but the only view we had of the ocean was from the parking lot. Value for the money was not evident.

  : When we got there room floor full of sand.. not cleaned properly. Mini fridge not cold enough. Bathroom door so tight to close ,it's right next to toilet.

  : There's absolutely no WI-FI comnection. The pictures on the website are very deceiving. The beds were very uncomfortable. Wellman we walked into our hotel room the first night there was sand everywhere on the floor. As it was windy outside and all the sand was inside the room. So imaging sleeping in the bed with sand inside the sheets.
