  : Bed was extremely uncomfortable, the pillows were essentially useless and there were two tv remotes (one to turn TV on and another to change channels) plus it just felt very ghetto for the price we paid for less than 12 hrs usp

  : The manager was actually very helpful with the issues that we had
  : The room we had the first night, the toilet was clogged. Asked to change rooms the next day and was given new keys. Went to change rooms and new room was dirty still. Figured we would leave for a few hours and come back later..... it was still dirty. When I inquired about it I was told were not sure when it will be cleaned. We still had the key to the first room so we were okay hanging out in there for a while but without a working toilet...... not for long. Several hours go by and I call front desk and ask what was going on and was told oh I forgot, let me call you right back. She did and we were given yet another room. This third room.... the TV didn't work (it was fixed after asking if there was a trick to getting it to work) and the phone didn't work either.
