: Location
: Cleaning staff rude abd with an attitude. Front desk ladies and man not helpful, except young kid wearing glasses super nice. No water bottles replenished, they said it was not part of the room service. Not enough clean towels in the pool, shower in pool not working, umbrellas and chairs in beach not set and took an hour to have them available. This is a one star hotel

: Pool was dirty with a lot of chemicals in it. The room a/c vents were dusty and the mattress was very hard.

: The rooftop bar has an amazing view and the bartender gave me a great "locals" list of all the good places to go eat and have fun.
: There's construction going on so is a bit loud. I wanted to extend to an extra night, the clerk checked his system and said my room wasn't booked that extra nigh and it would be the same rate I had, so I agree to extend my stay. Once he called the manager over the phone to get authorization the manager said the room wasn't available and the rate would be 3x the rate I was paying (all this happened over the phone between the 2 of them). Needless to say that seemed odd to me and I didn't appreciate it, either the clerk doesn't know what he is doing or the manager is not training them properly...
