  : The only good thing about this hotel was the location. That is it. The lobby was torn apart, the elevator was covered in cardboard, the room was dusty and the view from our room was obstructed by scaffolding.
  : Everything about this property looked great on paper that is on booking.com. It was centrally located and had all the amenities that we required ie. workout room, pool and someplace to hang out other than in our room (a lobby for example). So I booked it! A couple of hours after I booked (a non-refundable room) I was sent an email telling me that none of the amenities in the hotel were available due to construction. No pool, no workout room, no lobby. When I told the front desk (which was nothing more that long banquet tables covered with black table cloths) clerk that guests should be notified that the hotel was being renovated before they book so they could make an informed decision. She told me that it is indeed specified on the various booking websites. I checked while I stood there, and there was nothing. When I told her this she was unfazed and offered me free parking. I don’t want anything free, really I don’t. I just want to know what I am buying before I buy it. I am not going to complain about the free breakfast, I am just going to say, don’t eat it. Don’t even go down into the tiny, cramped, insulting room. Just eat out or skip it. This was the classic bait and switch. We were told and we paid for one thing but we got something completely different when we showed up.
